Mission and positioning.
SAIG exists to provide and manage one clear, testable standard for AI literacy — independent of training providers and supervisors.
The mission
One standard everyone can build on.
Article 4 calls for AI literacy but leaves open what that literacy must entail. SAIG fills that gap with one recognisable standard, so that a certificate carries the same meaning for employers, supervisors and the labour market.
Not a training provider
We develop the scheme and the assessment. Training is delivered by accredited training partners.
Not a supervisor
Statutory supervision rests with the Dutch Data Protection Authority and sectoral authorities.
Independent scheme owner
We manage the standard, assessment and certification decision, separate from commercial interests.
